LAVITA YOGA
Slow Relax
Wake up and start the day in the best way with a yoga class to take care of your physical and mental wellbeing. Held by a local instructor, this class is suitable for all experience levels, from beginners to experts.
All participants will receive yoga mats and blocks. All you need to do is wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical exercise and bring some water to stay hydrated.
Time: 8:15 - 9:00 AM

HERBARIUM IN CYANOTYPE
Slow Relax
Discover the wild herbs of the region and create a herbarium using the cyanotype technique.
Cyanotype is a photographic printing process that produces a cyan-blue print through exposure to sunlight.
Anna Atkins was one of the first photographers to use cyanotype, creating a valuable collection of botanical images that revolutionized scientific documentation of her time.
Inspired by her work, and with great artistic freedom, you will have the opportunity to create your own herbarium in cyanotype.

ASTRAL EXPLORATION
Explore and Learn
Dive into the fascinating world of astronomy with a guided sky observation conducted by astrophysicist Barbara Leo. On the beach in front of the Camp, you'll spend an hour exploring the constellations, listening to the stories and myths that surround them.
Through her vast knowledge of the universe and with the help of a laser pointer, Barbara will take you on an unforgettable journey through the wonders of the night sky.
An experience that will leave you amazed at the majesty of the universe and will shed new light on your understanding of the cosmos.
Time: 10:00 - 11:00 PM

HORSEBACK ADVENTURE
Light Adventure
Embark on a horseback adventure through unspoiled nature.
In a three-hour excursion led by an experienced instructor and environmental guide, you will cross beautiful landscapes immersed in Mediterranean scrub up to the lagoon, then through reed beds and a river, in areas where it will also be possible to observe wild animals in their habitat.
The excursion begins at 6 PM, and you will enjoy the sunset and the last light of the day on docile and very good horses. The excursion starts from San Giovanni Suergiu, about an hour and a half from Capitana. The transfer to the stables is not included.
Time: 6:00 - 9:30 PM every day.
Cost: €65, including insurance and equipment.
SUP OR KAYAK EXCURSION
Light Adventure
Discover the wonders of the coast with a guided SUP or kayak excursion.
Navigate through crystal-clear waters, discover secluded coves away from the hustle and bustle, and enjoy the tranquility of the sea with an outdoor sport and adventure experience.
Time: 9:00 - 11:00 AM and 4:00 - 6:30 PM every day.
Cost: €40 for a single SUP or kayak

BOAT TOUR
Light Adventure
Onboard a 14-meter yacht, explore the wonders of the coast on an exclusive six-hour tour with stops for swimming and snorkeling in the most beautiful bays of Southeastern Sardinia.
During one of the scheduled stops, a light lunch will be offered. With a professional skipper at the helm, you'll enjoy a day of relaxation, comfort, and fun.
The itinerary varies according to weather conditions to ensure an unforgettable day. Departure from the marina of Capitana at 9:30 AM with transfer from the Camp included.
Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

RUBBER BOAT TOUR
Light Adventure
Discover charming coves with a dynamic rubber boat tour, guided by a professional skipper.
You will immerse yourself in crystal-clear waters for four unforgettable hours, with snorkeling equipment provided on board.
Departure from the marina of Capitana at 9:30 AM with transfer from the Camp included.
Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.

E-BIKES FOR RENT
Light Adventure, Exploration, and Learning
Discover the surroundings of the camp with our rental e-bikes. You can follow one of the three routes suggested by us, freely explore the area as you wish, or opt for a guided tour.
Don't worry about the effort: Our pedelecs ensure that cycling on these paths is always a pleasure and never a burden.
