SURF LESSONS
Light Adventure
Learn to surf or improve your skills with instructors from Breakpoint School Surf, the most renowned surf school in Cagliari. The waves along our coastline are perfect for beginners taking their first steps into surfing.
Schedule: Flexible
Available: Daily, depending on weather conditions
Cost: €50 for a one-hour private lesson, including equipment and insurance. Other packages are available.

LAVITA YOGA
Slow Relax
Wake up and start the day in the best way with a yoga class to take care of your physical and mental wellbeing. Held by a local instructor, this class is suitable for all experience levels, from beginners to experts.
All participants will receive yoga mats and blocks. All you need to do is wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical exercise and bring some water to stay hydrated.
Schedule: 18:00 - 18:45
From 11/07 to 20/07 and from 29/08 to 14/09: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
From 25/07 to 24/08: daily.

ASTRAL EXPLORATION
Explore and Learn
Dive into the fascinating world of astronomy with a guided sky observation conducted by astrophysicist Barbara Leo. On the beach in front of the Camp, you'll spend an hour exploring the constellations, listening to the stories and myths that surround them.
Through her vast knowledge of the universe and with the help of a laser pointer, Barbara will take you on an unforgettable journey through the wonders of the night sky.
An experience that will leave you amazed at the majesty of the universe and will shed new light on your understanding of the cosmos.
Schedule: 22:00 - 23:00 PM
Once a week, from 07/07 to 14/09.

HORSEBACK ADVENTURE
Light Adventure
Embark on a horseback adventure through unspoiled nature.
During a two-and-a-half-hour excursion led by an experienced instructor and environmental guide, you will cross beautiful landscapes immersed in Mediterranean scrub up to the lagoon, then through reed beds and a river, in areas where it will also be possible to observe wild animals in their habitat.
The excursion starts at 17:00, and you will enjoy the sunset and the last light of the day on docile and very good horses. The excursion starts from San Giovanni Suergiu, about an hour and a half from Capitana. The transfer to the stables is not included.

SAILBOAT TOUR
Light Adventure
Aboard a 22-meter sailboat, you'll explore the wonders of the coastline on an exclusive six-hour tour with stops for swimming and snorkeling in the most beautiful bays of southeastern Sardinia.
During one of the scheduled stops, a delicious lunch will be provided. With a professional skipper at the helm, you'll enjoy a day of relaxation, comfort, and fun.
The itinerary will vary based on weather conditions to ensure an unforgettable experience. Departure from Villasimius Marina at 10:00 AM.
Schedule: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM, daily.

Discover the surroundings of the Camp aboard our e-bikes for rent. You can choose to follow one of the three routes proposed by us and, explore the area freely at your leisure,
Don't worry about fatigue: our pedal-assist bicycles ensure that riding these routes is always a pleasure, never a burden.
